    1. A plain wireframe becomes the finished, styled business website.

    4. The site turns dynamic: a live badge changes from “3 tables free” to “2 tables free” on its own, with nobody editing the page.

    How a WhatsApp bot answers a customer and takes an order:

    1. A customer asks on WhatsApp: “Do you deliver near the station?”
    2. The bot replies in seconds: delivery near the station is free on orders over 500.
    3. It offers three buttons: Order now, See menu, and Talk to a person.
    4. The customer taps Order now, and the bot confirms the order will arrive by 7:40 pm. The message ticks turn blue.
    5. The next customers keep coming: one asks if the cake shop is open on Sunday and pre-orders, another asks the price of an AC service (₹599) and books tomorrow at 4 pm. The bot answers every one.

    How an n8n automation moves each enquiry through its workflow without copy-paste:

    1. The workflow is switched on (Active) in n8n, and its executions counter shows every run.
    2. A customer fills in the website form: the Form trigger starts a new run.
    3. n8n saves the entry to a Google Sheet as the next row (214, 215 and on).
    4. An AI Agent step reads the message and tags its intent: an order or a question.
    5. A Switch sends it down the right branch: an order gets an automatic WhatsApp reply, a question alerts the team so a person answers it.
    6. Each node shows a green tick once it has run, and the wires the entry travelled light up, as in the real n8n editor.

    How local SEO brings a business to the top of Google:

    2. The Google Maps results load with a map and three local businesses, and CoolAir climbs from third place to the top listing, with 4.9 stars from 212 reviews; its pin lifts on the map.
    3. Someone taps CoolAir's Call button. The clicks from Google this week count up to 148, and the calls from Google to 23.

    How an NFC card or tag works with one tap:

    1. A customer holds their phone near an NFC card or sticker.
    2. The chip is read at once, with no app needed.
    3. The phone opens the business’s page: here, a Google review form with five stars, ready to post.
    4. The same tap can save a contact, open a menu, or show a product’s warranty, and the page can be changed without reprinting.
    5. Tap after tap, the demo cycles through them: a warranty check (valid until March 2028, book a service), saving the owner’s contact, and the review form.

Our own product, and the plainest answer to “can these two build real software?”

  1. Quote

    Build a quote from saved line items, send it as a link or PDF, and see when it was opened. Accepted quotes are timestamped and stored.

  2. Warranty

    Every completed job gets a warranty record with a serial or QR code. Your customer scans it and sees what is covered, until when, and how to claim.

  3. Reminders

    Expiry reminders and claim requests go out on WhatsApp automatically — the same automation we build for clients.

Your quotes and warranty records are your data. Export everything as CSV at any time, including if you leave us.

How a quotation and warranty system follows one job from enquiry to reminder:

  1. A rail shows every stage one job goes through: enquiry, quote, sent, opened, accepted, installed, warranty and reminder.
  2. A customer asks on WhatsApp for a split AC quote. Quote Q-2041 is built from saved line items: a 1.5 ton split AC for ₹38,500, installation and copper kit for ₹4,200, and a stabiliser for ₹3,100. The total, ₹45,800, adds up by itself.
  3. The quote is sent as a link and delivered. The customer opens it twice, signs it on 14 September, and our seal marks it accepted.
  4. After installation the quote turns over into its warranty card: serial LF-AC-88213, parts and labour, installed on 16 September 2025 and valid until 14 September 2027. The customer can scan its code or tap the NFC sticker on the AC to check it.
  5. A reminder is set on WhatsApp before the warranty ends, and claims can be made on WhatsApp.
  6. Then the next jobs follow the same path: a 200 litre solar water heater for ₹48,300 and four CCTV cameras for ₹30,800.
  7. Example figures: 42 quotes this month, 74 % accepted, 1.8 days on average to accept.

Questions people ask us

How long does a website take?

A typical five-page website takes two to four weeks from our first call to launch. You see a clickable design in the first week and a preview link every week after that. Bigger projects get their own written plan.

Do I own my website, domain and accounts?

Yes. The code, the domain, the hosting account, your WhatsApp number and every workflow are in your name from day one. If you ever leave us, you take everything with you.

What does WhatsApp automation cost per month?

Two parts: our fee for building and looking after the bot, and Meta's own message fees, which we pass on at cost. From 1 October 2026, Meta charges for replies sent inside the 24-hour customer-service window after the first 1,000 a month per number; incoming messages stay free. We keep conversations short so that bill stays small.

Is a WhatsApp bot allowed by Meta?

Yes, for business bots: support, bookings, orders and FAQs. Since January 2026 Meta doesn't allow general-purpose AI assistants on WhatsApp Business, so ours only talk about your business and hand anything else to a person.

Can I edit the site myself?

Yes. Static sites come with a simple way to change text and images, and web apps have an admin panel. We record a short training video at launch.

Can you build a quotation or warranty system for us?

Yes — it is our own product. Quotes built from saved line items and sent as a link or PDF, and warranty records your customers can check by scanning a code. Expiry reminders go out on WhatsApp automatically.

What do you need from me to start?

A 20-minute conversation about what you want. After that: your logo, your text if you have it, and access to any accounts we'll connect. We send you a short checklist.

What happens after launch?

Thirty days of free fixes, in writing. After that, you ask us for changes whenever you need them.

There are only two of you. What if one of you is unavailable?

Both of us know every project, your code lives in your own repository, and every project ships with notes on how it works. You are never depending on one person's memory.

Do you use AI to build?

Yes, for some routine code, the same way we use any tool. Every line is read, tested and owned by one of us, and nothing ships that we could not explain to you.
