How an n8n automation moves each enquiry through its workflow without copy-paste:
- The workflow is switched on (Active) in n8n, and its executions counter shows every run.
- A customer fills in the website form: the Form trigger starts a new run.
- n8n saves the entry to a Google Sheet as the next row (214, 215 and on).
- An AI Agent step reads the message and tags its intent: an order or a question.
- A Switch sends it down the right branch: an order gets an automatic WhatsApp reply, a question alerts the team so a person answers it.
- Each node shows a green tick once it has run, and the wires the entry travelled light up, as in the real n8n editor.

Every project gets a fixed quote in writing after a 20-minute call. If the scope grows, we agree a new price before doing the extra work.
Questions about n8n workflows
Why n8n and not Zapier?
n8n can run on your own server for a flat cost, handles complex logic well, and keeps your data where you choose. For one or two simple steps, Zapier can be fine — we will say so.
What happens when a workflow breaks?
Every workflow sends an alert when a step fails, so it never fails silently. For 30 days after launch we fix it for free; after that, you can keep us on a small monthly care plan.
Do I need a server?
Either a small server in your name (a few dollars a month) or an n8n Cloud account. We set it up; you own it.
